Shipping and Return Policy
At present we only ship to India. If you are outside India and want to place an order, please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will look at this possibility on a case-to-case basis.
For local, regional, and national shipping to India, we work with third-party delivery partners who cover 99%+ of the pincodes in India. In the extreme rare case where your pincode is not serviceable, we will contact you directly to assist you with your order.
At present we offer free shipping across India. Depending on your location, normal delivery timelines can take between 2 days and one week. In special circumstances, such as lockdowns, pandemic-related slowdowns, flooding, or similar situations, if our delivery partners announce delivery delays we will inform you accordingly at the earliest.
If you want to cancel an order write to us at email@example.com. You can cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it without incurring any cost. Your refund will be automatically processed. The full amount will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It normally takes 5–7 days for the amount to reflect in your account. We do not accept cancellations after 2 hours of placing an order as the product may already be in transit to your destination. In this case, please refer to the Returns section below.
We accept ‘no-question asked’ returns within 2 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Gift cards (if any) are non-returnable.
To initiate a return, write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you with the process. You will have to arrange for the return shipping of the product to our Bangalore location. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. To ensure that the product reaches us in the same condition as you received it, ship it in the protective packaging that you originally received it in.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the received condition of the item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the refund amount will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product, within 3 days of receiving the product send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with details and photos of the defective or damaged product. We will arrange for the return shipping of your product and send you a replacement. We will bear all shipping fees. If your product is incomplete, within 3 days of receiving the product email us at email@example.com the list of the missing components and we will ship them to you at the earliest.
