We follow a 4-level quality check during the assembly of every game unit. In the rare situation where you received an incomplete game, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org the list of the missing components and we will ship them to you at the earliest.
Do you ship worldwide?
At present we do not have international shipping integrated on our website. If you want to place an international order, please contact us directly at email@example.com and we will look at this possibility on a case-to-case basis and assist you with the process. So far, we have shipped to the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Germany (and most of the E.U. countries), Asia, and Australia.
How long does it take to receive my order?
We work with a large network of third-party local and national delivery partners. Depending on your location in India, normal delivery timelines take between 2 to 5 working days.
In special circumstances, such as lockdowns, pandemic-related slowdowns, flooding, or similar situations, if our delivery partners announce delivery delays we will inform you accordingly at the earliest.
Can I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel an order write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You can cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it without incurring any cost. Your refund will be automatically processed. We do not accept cancellations after 2 hours of placing an order as the product may already be in transit to your destination. Can I return a product?
We accept ‘no-question asked’ returns within 2 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, write to us at email@example.com and we will assist you with the process. You will have to arrange for the return shipping of the product to our Bangalore location. You can read more on Returns on our Shipping and Return Policy page.
Do you offer a full refund?
Yes, we will refund you the entire order amount. Once your return is received and inspected to be in the same condition as it reached you, your refund will be processed, and the refund amount will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We do not refund the return shipping fees that you incur when you send the product back to us. For more details on Returns and Refunds, please visit our Shipping and Return Policy page.
Can I get a product exchange?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product, within 3 days of receiving the product send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with details and photos of the defective or damaged product. We will arrange for the return shipping of your product and send you a replacement. We will bear all shipping fees.
